Digital goods purchased through our Telegram experience are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because delivery is instant and the content cannot be returned, digital purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the good was not delivered due to a fault on our side. If you paid for a digital good and did not receive it, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we will redeliver it or refund the purchase in full.
Where your payment is processed by MoonPay, the transaction is also subject to MoonPay's own terms, and any processing fees charged by MoonPay may not be recoverable by us. Refunds we issue are made to the original payment method where the processor supports it.
Physical goods purchased on TikTok Shop, including the ₿I hardcover notebook, may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price, consistent with TikTok Shop's return process. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Send your request to info@socialismcultureinc.co with your order details, the date of purchase, and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.
