SOCIALISM CULTURE INC

Formal Methods & Mathematical Foundations for High-Assurance Systems

Research Lab Mission

SOCIALISM CULTURE INC is a high-assurance R&D firm specializing in the formal verification of autonomous protocols for Disconnected, Intermittent, and Limited (DIL) environments. Our mission is to transform high-level mathematical logic into resilient execution primitives.

A single-founder R&D shop. Every demonstration on this page is our own work — offered as evidence that a mechanism is real and verified, not as a finished production system.

Technical Stack

DevSecOps Capability

Our DevSecOps work is scoped to pipeline security gates: integrating static and dependency analysis (e.g. clang-tidy, cppcheck, SCA tooling), SBOM generation, and policy-as-code enforcement points into an existing CI/CD pipeline — demonstrated integrating open-source static analysis into a GitLab CI/CD pipeline for a USGS code-review engagement. This is a specialized gate/enforcement capability, not general cloud platform engineering (cluster provisioning, infrastructure management), which we do not offer as a standalone service.

Flagship Research

Standing Order Protocol

Under research for NRL Topic 55-24-02

A formally verified execution primitive enabling autonomous execution of cryptographically bound instructions across distributed naval nodes without centralized authority.

Policy Gate Protocol

Modeled for DHS/ICE OCIO AI, Data, and Technology Strategy/Architecture RFI review

A formally verified enforcement layer for AI and automated decision systems: a proposed action proceeds only once every reachable policy node confirms compliance, and defers — never proceeds — if a node can't be reached to confirm.

Active Demonstrations

Live instances built against specific agency requirements. Password-protected against automated traffic only — username demo, password demo.

HABI Core cluster

Live cluster dashboard, general instance.

VHA status instance

Cluster dashboard configured for VHA review.

Payment integrity demo

Duplicate-payment detection, modeled for Treasury / Fiscal Service review, applicable to VA VCC's multi-payer claims duplication use case.

Quorum-gated claims settlement (real cluster)

Not a simulation — every reply shown is the literal, verbatim output of the actual compiled, TLA+-modeled, Coq-proved habi_node binary, driven live against a dedicated 3-node cluster.

Resilience demo

System resilience / failover demonstration.

VA Facilities finder

Web-based nearest-facility lookup, built on the VA Facilities API.

GI Bill outcome tracker

School lookup with enrollment size and in-state/out-of-state tuition, via the College Scorecard API — part of the facilities finder.

Policy Gate live demo

Quorum-gated policy enforcement dashboard — run sample scenarios, watch approve/block/defer decisions live.

What a Contract Actually Buys

Every demonstration above is genuinely live — not a mockup, not pre-recorded. That's deliberate: it's proof the underlying mechanism is real. It is not, by itself, what an agency would deploy.

What's running here uses synthetic data, not an agency's actual records; has no Authority to Operate and no FedRAMP authorization; is not integrated with any agency system of record; and is operated by one person, not a supported production environment with SLAs, monitoring, and incident response.

A contract is what turns a proven mechanism into a compliant, integrated, sustained capability running against real data inside an agency's actual security boundary — the work these demos exist to prove is worth doing, not the work itself.
